If you’re looking for a “Mr. Wonderful” to walk into your life then wait no more, this guy will warm your heart! Mr. Wonderful (Max for short) is a really nice and fun boy who gets along well with others. He is quite energetic but an excellent walker on a leash and fairly laid back in the house and a great car companion. He just loves, loves, loves to carry things in his mouth—balls, bones, socks, stuffed animals, shoes, flip flops, you name it, if it fits, he will carry it. He is very gentle with them though, so your shoes may only be seasoned with a bit of slobber, no teeth or chew marks. He’s a pretty active guy with a busy golden personality but he gets along well with other animals and kids and is quite the gentleman when taking treats. He doesn’t mind grooming (he was recently shaved) and may appear shy at first but when he gets to know you he will be right by your side.
Ideal home: This is a great dog for a single person or family who is looking for a fun, sweet and loving lifelong companion. He might benefit from a little training to learn the house rules but Mr. Wonderful will give the love and attention your family is looking for and will lay contented right by your side as your new best “Golden” friend.
