Wheeler, age 9, was surrendered by her owner for severe anxiety and destructive issues.  While Wheeler is still thunderstorm phobic, she is quite the social butterfly!  Beautiful, sweet Wheeler loves to interact with everyone:  human and canine.   With Wheeler, there’s no such thing as a stranger.
